I will start this issue by saying this is a very marginal issue and also a very complicated one. I for one am torn over this issue. I believe that our leaders should feel obligated to a higher power a higher standard of morals that will help them when dealing with corporations and special interest groups to keep the moral aspects of their decisions in check. On the other hand there can be they type that will use their god to justify anything as has been held up in the past of all religions. I can tell you from the stand point of the argument in America I am for limited religion in government in the sence that it is fine for our representatives to use god in their arguments and to pray in public and in official sessions. This practice helps remind the faithful that they will answer to someone higher than them for every thing they do. However the government should never adopt any religion as a sanctioned or preferred religion. All are welcome and all are respected in their rights to practice. The state or federal should not be allowed to institute the use of any god in their implementation of any law or regulation.

Now as for politics in religion. I fully support any religion who advocates to its constituents to support or oppose any political issue. This fits in with our right to peacefully gather and have freedom of speech and opinion.

Now why is this issue even around? That is simple, its history. In the past the state religion used its notion of god to justify the killing of countless millions over the past 2000 years and even billions since the inception of religions controlled government dating back to the beginning of civilization. The single reason this issue is being used now in modern times in America is that corporate America wants you, me and our representatives to check our religion and all the morals that go with it at the door. A moral person could not and would not let happen what is happening in this country and others at the will of this countries corporations. By eradicating any mention of god in government hearings and sessions the corporations have gotten our government to commit genocide, labor exploitation, torture, and much worse in the name of profits and business.

I say unto you that if you believe in god great if you don’t great. I don’t really care I only ask that you have some morals about you when you make simple decisions concerning the livelihood of others. We the people have been lost to we the corporation. When you understand how a corporation works and how one makes the decisions that lead to death and exploitation then you will understand why this world is the way it is. Not because people are heartless godless heathens but because corporations and those who run them are. God is only profitable as a way of rule, any other form of religion is detrimental to the profits of corporations who believe that you are here to serve them.

Ok, so now that Ron Paul has ‘dropped out’ and the only two remaining candidates for the 2008 Presidential election are John McCain (R) and Barack Obama (D), what is wrong with this picture?

Well, the first and most primary thing that presents itself is the fact that although these men seem to oppose each others views, and they are running for different parties, they are of the same breed. And no I don’t mean upper class, even though that’s true also. Which is funny, considering, that although we are a republic as the Constitution states, people have been lulled into believing we are a democracy. But in either case, they are supposed to promote social equality, and in essence, a classless society, and we are not by a long shot.

Beyond that, both candidates are members of the little known group called the C.F.R. or Council on Foreign Relations. No this is not the Senate Foreign Relations Committee. This is a private corporation, much like the Federal Reserve, with private agendas, that the public has no access to even find out about.

Now the issue with the C.F.R. is really simple. All those biblical and other prophecies coming true, the New World Order (NWO) is on its way. The C.F.R.’s current goal is what I would call Phase 2 of the NWO. The E.U. was the first phase. Now the North American Union (NAU) is their goal. They have already signed the NAFTA/CAFTA and SP&P agreements, and many of you may have heard of the ‘super-highway’ from Canada to Mexico. The NAU is the follow-up to this, which would dissolve our borders and make CA, MX, and the US all one union, and thus the end of American sovereignty. Once these ‘unions’ are complete, they plan on joining them all as the NWO that we so fear.

So now that that is out of the way, we can get to the meat of this article. A direct blast at candidate John McCain. I wish I had as credible evidence against the Obama campaign, but for now this debacle of McCain’s will suit very nicely.

John McCain is not eligible to be elected to the Office of the President!

He can continue running, so long as he doesn’t get elected, and thus, he should be removed from all final ballots, as a vote to put him in office wouldn’t be legal. In fact all media outlets that have not done their research (of course) and not spread this fact to the world, should be charged with high treason and subversion of the government.

So why is this famed hero unelectable?

Well, to put it simply, to be elected to be the President of the United States, one must be a ‘natural born citizen’ of said states, constitutionally.

The U.S. Constitution - Article II, Section 1
No person except a natural born Citizen, or a Citizen of the United States, at the time of the Adoption of this Constitution, shall be eligible to the Office of President; neither shall any Person be eligible to that Office who shall not have attained to the Age of thirty-five Years, and been fourteen Years a Resident within the United States.

And…

Amendment 14, Section 1, Clause 1
All persons born or naturalized in the United States, and subject to the jurisdiction thereof, are citizens of the United States and of the State wherein they reside.

Now that can be all fine and well, but where was John McCain born? The Coco Solo Naval Air Station, in the Panama Canal Zone in 1936. Even Wiki says that “at that time the Panama Canal was under American control.” Under American control, but not a territory, not a state, etc.

What is a Natural Born Citizen? The Naturalization Act of 1790 changed the definition to include children of citizens born overseas, but this was repealed in the Naturalization Act of 1795.

SEC. 4. And be it further enacted, that the Act, intitled, "An act to establish an uniform rule of naturalization," passed the twenty-sixth day of March, one thousand seven hundred and ninety, be, and the same is hereby repealed.

Although these acts were repealed in 1802 the info is provided here for reference. John McCain, gains his citizenship by decent, jus sanguinis. McCain claims his citizenship through the Act of 1790, which I stated was repealed anyways, but also states “admitted as a citizen” meaning naturalized.

(2) Jus sanguinis (the law of the bloodline), a concept of Roman or civil law under which a person’s citizenship is determined by the citizenship of one or both parents. This rule, frequently called “citizenship by descent” or “derivative citizenship”, is not embodied in the U.S. Constitution, but such citizenship is granted through statute. As laws have changed, the requirements for conferring and retaining derivative citizenship have also changed.

Guidance on evidence on such births should be sought from CA/OCS.
b. Sec. 101(a)(38) INA provides that, for the purposes of the INA,
The term “United States”,... when used in the geographical sense, means the continental United States, Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, and the Virgin Islands of the United States. In addition, under Pub. L. 94-241, the “approving Covenant to Establish a Commonwealth of the Northern Mariana Islands in Political Union with the United States of America”, (Sec. 506(c)), which took effect on November 3, 1986, the Northern Mariana Islands are treated as part of the United States for the purposes of sections 301 and 308 of the INA.
c. All of the aforenamed areas, except Guam and the Northern Mariana Islands, came within the definition of “United States” given in the Nationality Act of 1940, which was effective from January 13, 1941 through December 23, 1952.
d. Prior to January 13, 1941, there was no statutory definition of “the United States” for citizenship purposes. Thus there were varying interpretations. Guidance should be sought from the Department (CA/OCS) when such issues arise.

7 FAM 1117 LEGISLATION REGARDING CITIZENSHIP BY BIRTH IN THE UNITED STATES

Sec. 301. The following shall be nationals and citizens of the United States at birth:

Now we move into The Canal Zone itself, and what describes it as a U.S. territory.

The Hay-Bunau-Varilla Treaty or the Convention for the Construction of a Ship Canal on November 18, 1903 and ratified February 26th, 1904 states:

The United States of America and the Republic of Panama being desirous to insure the construction of a ship canal across the Isthmus of Panama to connect the Atlantic and Pacific oceans, and the Congress of the United States of America having passed an act approved June 28, 1902, in furtherance of that object, by which the President of the United States is authorized to acquire within a reasonable time the control of the necessary territory of the Republic of Colombia, and the sovereignty of such territory being actually vested in the Republic of Panama, the high contracting parties have resolved for that purpose to conclude a convention and have accordingly appointed as their plenipotentiaries,

ARTICLE III
The Republic of Panama grants to the United States all the rights, power and authority within the zone mentioned and described in Article II of this agreement and within the limits of all auxiliary lands and waters mentioned and described in said Article II which the United States would possess and exercise if it were the sovereign of the territory within which said lands and waters are located to the entire exclusion of the exercise by the Republic of Panama of any such sovereign rights, power or authority.

ARTICLE V
The Republic of Panama grants to the United States in perpetuity a monopoly for the construction, maintenance and operation of any system of communication by means of canal or railroad across its territory between the Caribbean Sea and the Pacific Ocean.

This does not designate the Canal Zone as a U.S. Territory, and instead, only allows us access in order to create the canal. A territory is defined as follows:

...the acquisition of large portions of land through treaty, purchase, and war, Congress shaped territorial boundaries and prescribed government…A territory may be admitted to the Union as a state after its officers petition Congress for an enabling act, establish a constitution, and meet certain requirements (often regarding population) as set forth by the U.S. Congress. Congress itself may initiate such action…The affairs of territories were under the Dept. of State until 1873, when their supervision was given to the Dept. of the Interior. Present U.S. territories include the Virgin Islands, Guam, and American Samoa.

Under the Immigration and Naturalization Act of 1952 citizenship because of your parents falls directly under naturalization, not natural born.

8 USC 1403
(a)Any person born in the Canal Zone on or after February 26, 1904, and whether before or after the effective date of this chapter, whose father or mother or both at the time of the birth of such person was or is a citizen of the United States, is declared to be a citizen of the United States.
(23) The term “naturalization” means the conferring of nationality of a state upon a person after birth, by any means whatsoever.

John McCain, who is a “declared” citizen, is therefore naturalized, and thus not eligible to be elected as the President, since you must be a natural born citizen, and cannot be both as described by the 14th Amendment. So, even if he is voted into office, chances are there will be a Supreme Court case shortly to follow regarding his eligibility to hold such office.

If the C.F.R. and his naturalization isn’t enough, then maybe you should have a look at the outright treasonous convention that McCain spoke at.

Ever notice the similarity of a duel, and a duelist, as opposed to dual anything else. There were only two duelists in the old world duels, be it sword, or pistol. The same is true for anything from dualies on a truck, to the dualism that is in our nation today. Two wheels, or a two party system. Either spelling, dual or duel, means two. At first this seems an easy resemblance, but looking deeper, one begins to unravel a web of scheming against citizens all over the world.

Now yes, there has to be a balance, an equilibrium of sorts, but how deep does this wormhole go, when it gets into your personal life?

Our nation as with many others remains ignorant of the real issues, only to remain slaves to the ideals of other dueling genres. The Democrat vs. Republican, Conservative vs. Liberal is just the beginning. Then it moves into more complex, yet still as minute in contrast ideas.

This of course, is the Pro-Life vs. Pro-Choice, Gun Control vs. Pro-2nd Amendment and even down to the protests in the streets, and bloggers on the internet. Meaning the simple arguments of Pro-Iraq war vs. Anti-Iraq war, Anti-Tax protests, and including the paper money vs. gold/silver Constitutionality.

Now I must stop here to mention, the answers to Big Government running any of these issues all lie in the Constitution, very simple and clearly. And there is no living document that is ever changeable throughout the meanings of today or tomorrow. It was written as it is meant to be interpreted, and there is no other way. It’s not like the Bible, a convoluted multi-translated work of history, secrecy, symbolism, mythology, fact and fiction.

This point taken to heart well, you should understand where I stand on almost all of these views. Income tax is Un-Constitutional, so is the war, and so is paper money. The 2nd Amendment is easy to interpret, and this argument of it meaning only for the military is as retarded as it sounds.

As long as we as a nation continue to argue with each other over the simple issues, we can never get to the true problems of this country. I think most of us can agree that Big Government is the problem. It’s how they maintain that control that makes it hard for those like me to even begin to explain what is happening in this country today. Too many of you believe that brain washing is just a conspiracy. Well I must point you to a quote from Vernon Howard:

“ If a man doesn't know what it means to be under psychic hypnosis it is because he is under it.”

All of you are sheeple following your shepherd be it through religion, television, radio, and as much as I hate to say it, the internet. Big Government, or more importantly the corporations and entities in control of said government, are the ones making sure you remain ignorant of the real problems we face. I mean just merely look at the etymology of the word government.

‘Govern’ from the Latin Gubernare which means ‘to control’ . ‘Ment’ has 2 meanings, one of course means literally mint, as in peppermint. The other however means ‘mind.’
So placed together the conclusion is ‘ to control the mind’ or ‘Mind Control .’

So once you have realized your weakness, and have begun to awaken from the sleep of a lifelong brainwash, you may begin to comprehend what I’m am trying to get at here. Those of us, who have awoken from the dream and broken the chains of this mental slavery, must unify on the principles in which this nation was founded. For those of you who still resolve to battle on the minor issues, please realize, they will never be solved, until the ‘system’ has been eliminated.

In all honesty, these issues could be determined upon shortly after the big problem is solved. Plain and simply the individual states, counties, cities, neighborhoods, and even down to individual property owners make the rules for themselves. It’s said clearly in the 10th Amendment.

“The powers not delegated to the United States by the Constitution, nor prohibited by it to the states, are reserved to the states respectively, or to the people.”

Due to unconstitutionality, almost all laws should be removed, especially any Executive Orders and Presidential Directives, which are strictly forbidden, as all laws are to be written by Congress, not a member of the executive party. The same is to make decisions on going to war, once again, not the president.

Ever wonder why back in the “wild west” there could be dueling at high noon? That’s a whole other article worth writing, but Jordan Maxwell brought to light the International Maritime Law that our supposedly sovereign nation fell under shortly after, which made it nationally or shall I say federally illegal. If we are to be a sovereign nation we should trade with every country, but ally with none. Those famed founders said that, not I. Let alone become members of things such as NATO, the NAU, and especially the UN.

As long as we continue to duel between ourselves, we cannot fix the nation as a whole. I strongly suggest those of you who don’t know what it says to read the Constitution, and a history thereof. Also a good read would be the many quotes, articles, and books by the authors of that extraordinary manuscript.

Please let’s get back to reality, and get rid of the scum that thinks we are only here for their profit, power, and entertainment. Megalomania runs wild in our nation leadership from Congress to the White House to Wall Street. All the late baby boomer drug children need to die and do it soon before I start killing. I am sick and tired of watching one after another rob this country blind and fix the democracy to a hypocrisy or worse an aristocracy. I am tired of the rich kid daddy bought my degree retards running our Congress, our courts, and our companies. Where have all the patriots gone? This current leadership is a disgrace to all the men and women in uniform and all those who have served and especially all those who sacrificed for this country. The trust given to the leadership of this country needs to be taken away and heads need to roll (literally). It is time for a good old fashioned lynching. Off with their heads I say. It is the people of America that make this country work. Without us all of those rich kid dorks would be dead. They cannot cook, they cant clean, they can barely even think (Bush, prime example of the feeble mind of these morons). In my short life of 34 years, I have already achieved more than Bush could have ever imagined I never had anything handed to me. Never did anyone every pay for my way. As a child if I wanted new clothes instead of hand-me-downs, I collected cans and recycled them, or mowed lawns, or delivered papers. I paid for my own schooling, why my wife and I both worked full time dead end jobs. Because of my hard work my wife can now concentrate on the household things. However this is starting to end, the pay does not keep up with inflation and year after year all my hard fought gains have been lost by the idiots in charge. I would gladly take charge if I had the means but since I don’t have a 20 million dollar trust fund I have to do it the hard way and start from the bottom. I plan on running for City Council next election from there Mayor, and then state capital, then Congress, and then President. At which time if achieved all those who have done wrong will parish and a new profitable period of American growth will come. I will eliminate all those who hold back technology and renewable energies. I will eradicate all those who use their positions as CEO for personal profit and leave the rest of a companies employees jobless and broke. I will destroy the CFR via military force and I will kill all the international bankers that hold our nation and all others hostage to inflation and ever climbing debt through crooked banking practices. I will eliminate the elites and bomb every compound that has ever hosted a Bilderburg meeting. I will destroy all monopolies and restore the locally owned and operated America. McDonald’s and other fast food companies will be forced to use real food and not this chemical mess they call food. I will personally make the corporate share holders pay back every health bill incurred by their customers as a result of using anti-foaming agents and several unhealthy preservatives that are known to affect the bodies ability to metabolize food and causes people to be morbidly obese. The Drug companies will be put under new management every time they fail to produce a drug that treats a problem without causing ten new problems. I will further withdraw all troops from foreign lands and force American companies to barter their own deals with our fellow nations. No more imperialism, no more US dictators in foreign countries. No more military might makes right and no more debt making with other nations. When aid is needed they will get it for free, real charity with no strings attached. Of course I will be killed by the elitists long before I can get to this level unless we punish them now. Do the world a favor and kill a Rockefeller, a Warburg, a Morgan, a Rothschild, a Bush, a Clinton, and any other multi-generation, never worked for what they have, rich kids. They are all godless heathens, children of the dammed, the devil spawn, running amuck on earth.

What is the burden of America? To answer that one must only take an unfiltered look at what America is doing in the world today. Our burden is great and growing. As the world super power we set the stage for what is acceptable around the globe. All the atrocities’ that we see are only doing what we have done. We have become the source of conflict in the world. The source of tangible evil.

I personally bear the burden as it makes me a better person. When one takes responsibility for the actions of America then one is forced to deal with those actions and change those actions to something good. We as a country have for far too long forgotten what it means to be free. Freedom is great power and it comes with great responsibility. We have the freedom to trade and do business without the rules of some tyrant holding our opportunities back. We are spoiled by the freedom so much so that most of America is oblivious to what is going on in the world today and who is to blame for most of it.

American greed at a personal level is so great that we turn a blind eye to the actions of our government and our corporations. We accept the lie given to us to justify such actions and we never question what it is that leads to such actions. We demand so many things of our commercial market that it struggles with ethical issues every day to fill those demands. We demand cheap clothing which has lead to sweat shops run by American business in foreign countries upheld by US government enforcement by use of the military power we wield. The work houses are the worst conditions for any human to have to suffer. In many cases the people are forced to work as a condition of their living. How is that possible? Its simple and it was done in America before the union uprising. The American company buys the land the people live on or leases in some cases. These deals are made with the leaders of these countries without the consent of the people. Now that the company owns the land it tells the people on the land either work for us or get off the land. They charge rent to the people and then they control the food and water available and force the people to buy from the company the cost of the items is greater than the pay so with each day of living come’s greater debt to the company that they must work off. It is the same as was done by coal companies in the late 19th century here in America. It takes a family of 20 to pay for one home and the food they consume. This means that families are forced to send their kids to work in the factory alongside the parents. The companies are given absolute rule in dealing with those who refuse to work. Once a person has chosen the deal they are in debt immediately and can never leave with their lives. A person who owes the company for even one months rent is not allowed to go find another way to pay off the debt they must pay according to the companies terms.
When the foreign government in question changes the deal and tries to retake the land the company hires private armies to fight. If the private army is not enough they lobby the American government to do something about it and they do. They send US troops to overthrow or even run the country until a more favorable leader is put in place. This has been standard American business since the end of WWII.
This is just one example of the misuse of our freedom. I take the burden of accepting this mistreatment of other humans because I believe all people have the right to live free. I don’t think it is right for me to consume items at a low cost if that cost is paid by the forced labor of others or the loss of freedom in others. I don’t mind giving up the luxury if that’s what it takes to free people from the clutches of tyranny. The troubling thing I face is in my fellow Americans. Try convincing them that the want is causing the destruction of others needs. I am not delusional. I know there will never be a utopia in this world mostly because humans inhabit this world. But I do believe that we can find ways to have and not take from others to have it. Our freedom of choice in the stores turns into a lack of freedom for others in the world, most of the time enforced by our own government. And then we wonder why so many people hate America. The more accurate statement is they hate American government but they love the opportunity of America and many of them hate us for not allowing those opportunities to exist in their own countries.


There was a time before WWII when America was more self-sufficient. We were able to produce goods and sell them cheap enough to afford, as a result the middle class grew and the people prospered. Greed however changed all of this. The profit margins keep getting larger why the pay keeps getting less in relation to the cost of living. This greed has destroyed the middle class in America and has impoverished millions around the world. The top 5% of this country has more wealth than the other 95% by almost double. It didn’t always used to be that way here. The people who built America have turned into the British Tyrants of old. They have let greed take over what is right and what is fair. This country set out to prove freedom could be work. We wanted to show the world that you could have freedom and fairness without communism. We have failed by letting greed take control of our lives.

I bear the awesome burden of this every time I buy something. I try to keep my life style moderate and don’t splurge on things. I try to by food from local sources to help grow my community. I refuse to eat at cookie cutter restaurants. I make it a point to eat out at locally owned places and to buy from locally owned companies as I don’t want to feed the corporate companies that enslave so many over the world. I lobby my government with letters and emails sporting ideas and asking questions with no results or answers. I feel as so many do, helpless in the face of corporate money. My own congressman will no longer read my emails he wont even try to answer my questions. I will keep fighting the fight I will not give up. I refuse to let my country which my fore fathers built turn into a third world shit hole. Why all of you may be content to continue this downward spiral into poverty I refuse to let the rich rob the poor.

The Modern Media is something we all see and hear but we don’t know. You think it is news or information but the truth is far from what the media shows and tells you. There was a time in this country when a reporter actually researched the reports, they found the evidence to support the report, and talked to the expert and to the believers to get to the truth. Then they would write up the story and present it to you with information and opinion from both sides and give you the undisputed facts. They would often give their own opinion as a person not affiliated with either side of the issue. That just does not happen anymore. No one hounds the president or congress on information they put out, no one questions them on the facts, they don’t talk to those on the other side of the issue, they just repeat what the government or corporate America tells them to say.

Little known facts about the media. The media needs the government and the government needs the media. The government enforces the media use of radio and TV waves so that they don’t step on each other with out that regulation. ABC would constantly broadcast on CBS’s frequency and so forth it would be a mess and every time you tried to watch TV or listen to the radio you would constantly be bombarded with changing shows and interruptions from other channels. So the media needs the government to enforce the use of the frequencies. Now the government on the other hand needs the media. Without the media support then the government is powerless to get you to obey the ever changing laws and taxes. They use the media to change your mind and influence your choices. It is nothing but pure brain washing.

The Mind control has gotten worse. As of late the media wants more deregulation so that big corporate companies like Disney and Time Warner can buy more, smaller news and media companies. The FCC is the agency that regulates such purchases. Now if Let’s say Time Warner wants to own Montana Gazette (a fictional company) then they have to ask the FCC for permission to buy that small company. Now up until the first Bush took office the military, congress and president were not a part of this process only the FCC and the justice department to ensure a monopoly is not created by such purchase and that the purchase is fair to the smaller company owners and employees. However, now deals are made in return for propaganda spreading. The buyouts our allowed with no legal review, and no fairness to the employees. In most cases when the buy out is finished all the reporters, produces, and executives of the small News firm are let go and the creation of the local news for that area is “created” in New York City or Washington.

Government agenda and corporate agenda are now one in the same. War!!!
GE owns several media outlets. GE has been awarded over $100 billion in reconstruction contracts in Iraq. The more war the more there is to build and rebuild and the bigger the contracts will get. Time Warner owns information from internet to books to Television. Their reach is global and their ability to influence the public opinion is virtually absolute.

It seams to me that the media these days has become a propaganda for the military and the government. All the news casters are about as bright as a black hole and equally unqualified to report the so called news. There are no investigations no tough questions no truth digging. It is all entertainment. Or in many cases “Mili-tainment”. Military Entertainment with embedded reporters and embedded military in media. It pained me to learn that the Pentagon has ties to the Military analysts used by the media organizations. This amounts to a full out war against the American right to freedom of information, or Free Press.

In summary turn off the TV and turn on your brain if you want the truth these days you have to search for it and the internet is still the best source of information in the world, you will find plenty of false on it but you will also find plenty of truth which is a lot more truth than you will find on TV.
